4. Company Responsibility

Companies are fully responsible for:

• Payments to talents
• Contracts and agreements
• Work permits, visas, and legal compliance under UAE law

Facefit Talent is not responsible for any disputes between companies and talents.

5. Content Usage

By uploading content to the platform, you grant Facefit Talent the right to:

• Display your profile on the platform
• Use your content for marketing and promotional purposes related to the platform

You retain full ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Send spam or promotional messages unrelated to casting
• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent identity or experience

Facefit Talent reserves the right to remove any content or user without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
